Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, unopened, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Returns may also be accepted if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- You receive a damaged product.
- The product is defective upon delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.
Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Notes Replica.
Exchanges
We offer replacements or exchanges only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Manufacturing defect.
